Temperature detection and temperature protectionWhen the temperature is higher than 35 degrees, turn on the cooling fan, and when the temperature is lower than 34 degrees, turn off the cooling fan. If the temperature is higher than 55 degrees, the power amplifier will be turned off, and a flashing reminder and a buzzer will alarm. When the temperature is lower than 55 degrees, the power amplifier will be automatically activated.At the same time, when the power amplifier is in the transmitting state, the fan will start immediately, stop transmitting and the fan will be turned off after a 10-second delay when the temperature is lower than 34 degrees. Voltage real-time display and high and low voltage protection functionWhen the voltage is lower than 8.5V or higher than 14.5V, the power amplifier will be turned off. There are also transient suppression diodes designed on the hardware to protect the power amplifier from damage when the voltage is higher than 15.8V or the positive and negative poles of the power supply are reversed. When reverse connection or overvoltage burns out the fuse, you need to replace it manually. Manually switch the bandIn AUTO mode, when switching from high band to low band, since it takes 100ms to detect and convert the band, large harmonics will be generated during the period. It is recommended to use manual switching when switching from high band to low band. Cycle through the bands by pressing the multi-function key 3 times in quick succession. Manual band switching has lower priority than AUTO and ICOM or XIEGU band switching protocol modes.5.Band switching protocol selectionSupport the band switching protocol of ICOM and XIEGU, select by pressing the multi-function key 5 times in quick succession. Note: V1.4 and above software version.6.Power standing wave display mode switchPress the multi-function key 6 times in quick succession to switch the power standing wave display mode. They are normal mode (R.T) and peak hold (P.H) mode, respectively. SSB recommends using the peak hold mode, which makes it easier to check the power and standingwave status. Note: V1.8 and above software version.7.Use as a separate power or VSWR meterAfter the power amplifier is turned off, the power amplifier can be used as a power standing wave meter, the maximum power measurement is 150W, and the maximum standing wave measurement is 99.9. Please refer to function 1 for the method of turning off the power amplifier.8. Unlimited mode is enabledPress the multi-function button 8 times in quick succession to enable unlimited mode. Press themulti-function key again in quick succession before the screen displays the prompt content and the countdown is not over to exit the unlimited mode.In this mode, the output power will not be limited, and the high VSWR will not be protected.Please use it with caution. And it is still recommended not to put more than 5W of input power.Important reminder: Once you turn on unlimited mode, you will lose yourwarranty.
